Bestow, a digital insurance company based in Dallas, Texas, acquired Centurion life insurance, a Wells Fargo Company, in a deal of $2.4 million. Centurion life insurance had the license in 48 states of the U.S. This acquisition will benefit customers of centurion insurance companies due to the fair policies of Bestow. It also helps them cater to these states without putting in the extra effort to get new licenses in these 48 states. Bestow fast and efficient service helped them gain more customers, and no medical checkup policy has gained traction of many customers.
